- Execute IC mass production testing, collect measurement data, and perform basic analysis.
- Operate and maintain fundamental measurement instruments and ATE test platforms (including basic system checks).
- Support initial troubleshooting of production test issues, perform preliminary failure analysis, and document findings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (TE/PE/Production Line) to track and resolve testrelated issues.
- Assist in test efficiency improvement projects and maintain reports and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Within 2 years working experience in related field.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, semiconductor fundamentals, and measurement principles.
- Possess basic program debugging skills, e.g., C/C++, Python, Test Program
- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documents and communicating with overseas colleagues/vendors (TOEIC 550+ preferred).
- Participation in student clubs during school years; leadership roles are a plus.
