Job Description
- Translate business priorities into clear, executable, and measurable project plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure milestones and targets are achieved.
- Support product value stream industrialization and readiness across manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate competence development and training strategies to meet organizational and capacity expansion needs.
- Promote Lean leadership behavior and foster continuous improvement through systematic problemsolving tools.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in science or engineering, or bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience.
- 8-15 years of supervisory/teamlead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5-10 years of project management experience; NPI experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and learn quickly in a dynamic hightech setting.
