OVERVIEW
Our client is a global semiconductor technology company providing advanced testing and measurement solutions.
They are looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead customer-focused manufacturing projects and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead manufacturing projects from planning through delivery
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
Act as the key contact point for customers and stakeholders
Drive process improvement and quality initiatives
Collaborate with global teams including overseas headquarters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Business-level English and Japanese for internal and external communications
Customer-facing project management experience
Preferred
Semiconductor or electronics industry experience
ISO9001 or AS9100 experience
PMP certification
NPI (New Product Introduction) experience
Supply chain or quality management experience
BENEFITS
Annual salary: JPY 10,000,000 - 16,000,000
Target bonus: 15% - 20%
