【Role Summary】
- Lead and oversee global Manufacturing Program Management (MPM) operations across AME, Europe, and Asia, ensuring successful execution of manufacturing strategies from New Product Introduction (NPI) through Mass Production (MP).
- Serve as the key management interface between product business units, global manufacturing organizations, and strategic customers, driving operational excellence, capacity readiness, and manufacturing scalability across worldwide sites.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to achieve business objectives, optimize manufacturing performance, and support long-term organizational growth.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Global Manufacturing Strategy & Operations Leadership
- Develop and drive global manufacturing strategies, operational roadmaps, and execution plans to support business growth and product lifecycle requirements
- Oversee manufacturing program performance across worldwide sites, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, customer expectations, and operational targets
2. Organization & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop regional MPM teams to build organizational capability and strengthen succession pipelines
- Establish performance goals, resource planning, and talent development strategies to ensure team effectiveness and long-term scalability
3. Manufacturing Readiness & Capacity Governance
- Direct global manufacturing readiness reviews, NPI transitions, production ramp-up plans, and mass production execution
- Oversee capacity planning, MOH, NRE, RFQ reviews, and resource allocation to ensure manufacturing readiness and operational efficiency across all sites
4. Executive Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Act as the primary management representative for global manufacturing programs with executive leadership, key customers, and strategic partners
- Drive alignment between headquarters, worldwide factories, and customer organizations to ensure business commitments and operational objectives are achieved
5. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional escalation management, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence programs, and best-practice standardization across global manufacturing organizations
6. Global Governance & Business Performance
- Establish governance mechanisms, KPI frameworks, and reporting processes to monitor manufacturing performance, cost, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Drive data-driven decision making and strategic initiatives to enhance manufacturing competitiveness and operational effectiveness worldwide
