Plan and analyze the WIP, resources and activities in ensuring line continuity.
Effective line management and lot movement to meet OTD.
Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize the line utilization.
Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.
Together with engineering team, effective execution of assigned WI, SOP and target.
Drive together with Engineers in minimizing scraps and mishandling in the line.
Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.
Responsible in managing the shift manpower and achieving the turnover target.
Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.
Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.
Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.

Systematic troubleshooting skill in problem solving. (FMEA, SPC, Control Plan).
