- Deliver technical support for the production and installation process in a timely manner

Job Description
- Solve technical issues according to specifications and quality standards in a timely manner
- Find optimal solutions for specific issues and optimize processes
- Advise on direction of solutions and improvements with stakeholders
- Identify structural issues, initiate and execute projects accordingly
- Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products
Education
- Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)
Experience
- 3-5 years in working experience with high-tech products and complex production processes environment
- Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosis of high-tech products
Personal skills
- Show responsibility for the result of work
- Show proactive attitude and willing to take initiative
- Attentive to detail and logical reasoning
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Able to communicate clearly and advise for solutions
- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team within a high tech(proto) environment
