1. Responsible for promoting the establishment of the assembly automation process resource pool and promoting the standardization of the assembly automation process 2. Responsible for the review of the assembly automation process resource pool, improving the automation rate and standardization rate of flexible lines, and reducing transformation costs 3. Responsible for organizing assembly process technology experts to participate in process plan review, manufacturing model review, process problem solving and other activities for major projects 4. Responsible for building an assembly process automation technology knowledge platform and forming experience in the activities and knowledge accumulation. 5. Responsible for researching the latest technological developments in the consumer electronics industry, introducing and applying new technologies, and reducing labor costs
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in machinery, automation, electronics, communications and other related majors is preferred 2. Familiar with product development, design and evaluation processes and process improvement methods 3. Proficient in the 3C industry Assembly process and its automation development and introduction 4. Have strong communication and coordination skills 5. More than 5 years of working experience in related positions.
