We are seeking an freshers and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is a native Taiwan speaker and open to relocating to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and policies
Qualifications
- Native Taiwan speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean
- Proficiency in English (business-level or above)
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
