Job scope:
. Lead and drive the overall strategic direction, business operations, and organizational growth of the company within the construction industry.
. Oversee the company's operations,project execution, financial performance, and business development activities to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
. Develop and implement corporate strategies, operational plans, and business initiatives aligned with the company's objectives and long-term vision.
. Provide executive leadership inmanaging multiple construction, infrastructure, industrial, or related projects from planning to completion.
. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, in compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
. Oversee project planning, budgeting,procurement, resource allocation, cost control, contract administration, and operational performance.
. Review and approve tender submissions, project proposals, contracts, variation orders, project claims,and major commercial matters.
. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, business partners, and relevant authorities.
. Lead and supervise senior management teams include general manager, project managers, engineers, construction supervisors, and operational departments to ensure efficient coordination and execution.
. Monitor company-wide operational performance, manpower planning, project schedules, financial results, and business targets.
. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
. Identify business and operational risks, and implement effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
. Lead management meetings, strategic discussions, and decision-making processes related to business and project operations.
. Prepare and present business reports, operational updates, financial reviews, and strategic plans to CEO.
. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, project delivery standards, and overall business performance.
. Lead business development efforts,client engagement activities, and expansion strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
. Oversee organizational development,talent management, leadership succession, and workforce capability enhancement.
. Ensure effective communication and coordination across all departments to achieve corporate and operational objectives.
. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, industry engagements, and corporate affairs when required.
. Provide overall leadership and direction to ensure the company achieves its operational, financial, and strategic goals.
Job Requirements
. Minimum 20 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
. At least 10 years of experience in a senior management, executive, or leadership role.
. Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or related projects.
. Strong knowledge of construction operations, project management, budgeting, financial management, cost control,procurement, and contract administration.
. Familiar with construction regulations, statutory requirements, industry standards, and workplace safety regulations.
. Strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent business acumen,operational management, and decision-making capabilities.
. Strong problem-solving, negotiation,and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to lead multiple operational teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
. Strong project planning,coordination, and business management capabilities.
. Proficient in project management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
. Self-driven, responsible, and capable of leading the organization independently.
. Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
. Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
. Willing to travel to project sites and attend business meetings when required.
