Job Description:

Technical Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with our business requirements. This role requires collaboration with various departments to understand their CRM needs, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and providing technical guidance and support to CRM users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with CRM data modeling and architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM integration with other system like Lead Management, Data lake.
  • Experience with REST API and Integration.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and standards.

Responsibilities
