Manager, Strategy & Business Management, Emerging Markets

Position Responsibilities:

1. Analytical & Insight Generation

  • Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis to support strate gy development and performance reviews.

  • Prepare insight summaries, data visualizations, and analytical briefs for senior stakeholders.

2. Executive-Level Material Development

  • Build polished, structured, and insight-led executive materials including CEO briefings, performance decks, market updates, and strategic presentations.

  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and narrative cohesion across all deliverables.

3. Strategic Planning & Performance Support

  • Support annual and multi-year planning across EM markets by preparing inputs, tracking deliverables, and consolidating market submissions.

  • Maintain KPI dashboards, performance trackers, and initiative monitoring frameworks.

4. In-Market Project Support

  • Participate in market deployments as part of strategic or performance-related sprints.

  • Support on-ground diagnostics, issue tracking, problemsolving sessions, and insight synthesis.

5. Market Insights & External Trends

  • Conduct research on regulatory developments, competitor movements, consumer behaviors, and macroeconomic trends.

  • Translate research into clear implications to inform strategic discussions and planning.

6. Team Support & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Directors, market teams, and regional partners to support coordination, communication, and follow-through across EM initiatives.

  • Ensure workstreams progress smoothly with data accuracy, documentation organization, and timely communication.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • 3-6 years of experience in strategy, FP&A, consulting, analytics, or business management.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

  • Experience working in multi-country environments is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to work confidently with financial, operational, and market data.

  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills with ability to produce executive-ready materials.

  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and disciplined execution.

  • Effective project coordination skills, comfortable supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and seniority levels.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond quickly to shifting priorities and inmarket needs.
