About the Role:

Taiwan is one of the most competitive food delivery markets in Asia. This role sits at the execution core of how foodpanda's business improves — you will work closely with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and drive projects across multiple teams, turning insights into real business outcomes.

You are expected to bring both project ownership and data capability: comfortable driving end-to-end initiatives with minimal supervision, and able to independently validate and interpret data to support your work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution

-Own end-to-end execution of projects — including project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination

-Identify structural bottlenecks across organizations, and design scalable, actionable solutions to improve performance

-Translate ambiguous business problems into clear action plans, and drive alignment across teams

=Establish and maintain project tracking mechanisms, ensuring initiatives are not only launched, but successfully adopted across the organization and deliver measurable outcomes

2. Data Analysis & Project Support

-Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface business trends, team performance gaps, and process inefficiencies in support of ongoing projects

-Use SQL to independently query and validate data, supporting project scoping, monitoring, and post-project evaluation

-Synthesize complex data into clear, decision-ready recommendations for commercial leadership

What We're Looking For

Experience

-2–4 years of experience in project management, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related field

-Proven track record of driving projects across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

-Experience in e-commerce, platform or marketplace business models preferred

-Strong structured thinking — able to break down complex operational problems and propose practical solutions

-High ownership mindset — comfortable driving initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision

-Execution-focused — not just generating insights, but ensuring they translate into real impact

-Clear communication — able to present findings and updates to both operational teams and leadership

Technical Skills

-Hands-on SQL experience in a professional work setting is required — you should be able to independently query and validate data without relying on a data team

-Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with Tableau or Google Looker is a plus
