Manager - Strategic Proposals & Partnerships

KIN is looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven individual to lead the development of strategic proposals, pitch decks and partnership concepts that support new business growth and IP opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and commercial execution, working closely with leadership teams to translate opportunities into compelling and executable proposals.

Key Responsibilities

. Work with CCO, COO, Head of Partnerships and business leads on incoming opportunities
. Attend client meetings where required to understand briefs, gather feedback and refine proposals
. Lead the development of high-quality proposals, pitch decks and partnership presentations
. Translate client briefs into commercially sound and strategically aligned concepts
. Drive storytelling, positioning and presentation quality across proposals
. Work closely with operations and finance teams on feasibility and costing alignment
. Support the development of new event and IP concepts aligned with market opportunities
. Engage stakeholders across business units to consolidate inputs and drive proposal delivery
. Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation and proposal productivity

Requirements

. Experience in proposals, strategic presentations, partnerships or business development
. Strong storytelling, presentation and structured thinking skills
. Commercially aware, with ability to balance creativity and operational feasibility
. Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
. Background in events, sports, agency, marketing or related industries preferred
. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is an advantage
