Singapore-based Manager required to support and lead work across Asia Pacific.

The role covers analysis and advisory, helping clients understand and navigate political, regulatory, and reputational risk.

This is a position combining research, analysis, and delivery, with increasing exposure to relationship management and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic advisory across Asia
• Lead and support due diligence and intelligence assignments, including market entry, stakeholder mapping, and reputational risk assessment
• Translate complex political, regulatory, and commercial dynamics into clear, decision-ready advice
• Engage with and develop networks of sources across business, policy, and advisory communities
• Support senior stakeholders in client delivery and relationship management
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client discussions
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high standards of written output

Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years experience in strategic advisory, geopolitical risk, corporate intelligence, government affairs, policy, management consulting, think tank, or a related field in Asia
• Strong understanding of the Asian political, regulatory, business, and policy environment
• Experience advising senior stakeholders within corporate, investment, government, or professional services environments
• Experience working on international or cross-border issues, ideally with exposure to multiple global markets
• Strong analytical judgement and the ability to turn complex issues into commercially relevant advice
• Established network across business, government, policy, or advisory circles
