Lead and streamline Taiwan's business planning and financial processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly forecasting, and regular business reviews with the local MD and the APAC finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Deliver clear and actionable financial analyses to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and growth assumptions, highlighting key risks and opportunities to support leadership decision-making.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Commercial, to support strategic initiatives and provide financial insights for growth and efficiency improvement.
Oversee overall financial performance, including revenue trends, cost structure, and SG&A control, while driving free cash flow (FCF) forecasting, monitoring, and management to support profitability and cash discipline.
Act as a key finance liaison between the Taiwan team and the APAC region, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc business projects as assigned.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance, with at least 1 year of project leadership experience.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in financial and unit economics modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, platform-driven environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across functions.
Hands-on, self-driven, and adaptable, with strong learning agility, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with solid SQL querying skills and the ability to independently extract and analyze operational data.
Experience in the on-demand delivery, e-commerce, internet platform, FMCG, or consulting industry is a plus.
