Pioneering workers rights since 1961, the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) unites 59 trade unions, seven trade associations, 12 social enterprises, and other enterprise partners as we create better lives for workers here in Singapore.

About the job
As the champion for labour movement (LM), NTUC-ARU success is highly dependent on us having the right talent to advance our LM cause. We are constantly looking at effective ways to better manage our workforce given the economic volatility and ever-changing workforce landscape.
As part of the Communications Strategy team, you will strengthen the LM narrative, develop strategy-driven communications that strengthen the Labour Movement narrative and advance NTUC's advocacy for workers. You will conceptualise and drive integrated communications strategies, coordinate red-teaming efforts to develop proactive and defensive communications approaches and build employee advocacy capabilities to amplify the good work of the Labour Movement. You will also help develop and codify communications best practices through trend scans, behavioural insights and playbooks for campaign planning and measurement.
