Job Description

As a Manager / Senior Manager of Program and Campaign Management, you will be responsible for designing, packaging, and launching scalable commercial programs that incentivize hotels to provide exclusive inventory and competitive pricing on Klook.

Beyond traditional campaign management, this role requires the ability to architect commercial frameworks, operationalize programs across multiple markets, and build scalable systems that enable efficient execution. You will design both the commercial terms and operational mechanics that allow hotel partners to participate easily while ensuring programs deliver strong ROI for the platform. You will also explore how data, automation, and AI-enabled tools can improve supplier targeting, campaign execution, and program scalability across the region.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design scalable commercial programs that incentivize hotels to provide competitive pricing, exclusive inventory, and premium room availability on Klook.
  • Architect program mechanics and commercial frameworks, including incentive structures, participation criteria, and supplier value propositions that create strong win-win outcomes for both hotel partners and the platform.
  • Lead regional hotel campaign strategy and promotional planning, ensuring supply participation aligns with demand-side marketing initiatives and regional growth objectives.
  • Translate program concepts into operational frameworks, defining clear workflows for supplier onboarding, campaign participation, execution, and performance monitoring across markets.
  • Develop compelling narratives and playbooks that enable local BD and market teams to effectively pitch and implement these programs with hotel partners.
  • Bridge regional strategy with local market execution, adapting programs to different market maturities while maintaining regional governance and consistency.
  • Identify supply and inventory opportunities across the region, designing targeted initiatives to secure the right hotels, room types, and pricing competitiveness.
  • Establish performance and ROI frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, merchant participation, and incremental business impact.
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to improve supplier targeting, campaign execution, and program scalability across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and BD teams to ensure programs are commercially viable, technically supported, and operationally scalable.

What You'll Need

  • 6-8 years in OTA, E-commerce, or Hospitality with a proven track record of managing multiple countries/markets simultaneously.
  • Regional Leadership: Extensive experience in program or campaign management within a regional or multi-market environment, preferably in the travel, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors.
  • Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of B2B dynamics and merchant needs. You know how to structure a deal that creates a win-win for both the platform and the partner.
  • Strategic Customization: Proven ability to take a broad regional strategy and adapt it for local relevance without losing the core objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in influencing decentralized teams. You can align diverse local stakeholders around a single regional vision.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfort using data to identify commercial opportunities, track campaign health, and refine program mechanics over time.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple product launches across different time zones.
  • Communication Mastery: Ability to produce executive-ready presentations and clear sales enablement materials that translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
