Job Description

Job Summary

Drive profitable business relationships and revenue growth within the Taiwan and designated offshore markets, focusing on financial institutions, key accounts and travel trade partners. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing localized sales strategies, and collaborating with regional teams to achieve commercial targets.

(Title grade will be determined based on the candidate's depth of experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and execute localized tactical sales plans; assist in revenue forecasting and preparing the market income budget.
  • Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts (airlines, banks, travel trade, hotels, telecom) to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Performance & P&L Monitoring: Track daily/monthly revenue trends and P&L realization; analyse variances and propose strategic pivots.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and market dynamics to recommend competitive pricing and service adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge communication between clients and internal teams (Legal for contracts, Finance for receivables, IT/E-commerce for system launches).
  • Regional Support: Work with outstation sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and manage pipelines for offshore markets without a local footprint.

Job Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience, Manager: 5–6 years of relevant sales/account management experience. For Senior Manager: 8+ years with a proven track record of closing complex deals independently.
  • Industry Background: Preferred experience in the Taiwan travel, aviation, or financial partnership sectors.
  • Core Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
  • Languages: Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong professional English.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
