About the Role

This role leads the Business Systems Analysis capability for strategic transformation initiatives across Group Finance & Legal functions, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled solutions and data-driven decision-making.
The incumbent acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that systems - leveraging automation, analytics, and AI - are designed and implemented to drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, scalability, and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance and Legal stakeholders to analyze end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology and AI-driven solutions (e.g., process automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows).
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML use cases within finance processes such as forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, and risk management.
  • Translate business needs into well-structured functional specifications, incorporating AI, data, and integration requirements where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, SLAs, OLAs, and governance frameworks to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, ensuring effective implementation, user adoption, and change management.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and drive measurable value realization.
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations and solution trade-offs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, leveraging automation and AI where feasible.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience leading business analysis for large-scale transformation programs across corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Risk, Procurement, or Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, governance requirements, and regulatory considerations across multiple functional domains.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI and advanced analytics used cases, such as process automation, document intelligence, predictive analytics, or anomaly detection.
  • Experience working with data platforms, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and AI-enabled solutions to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with SMEs, eliciting, refining, and documenting complex business and functional requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong expertise in process analysis and re-engineering, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing technology-enabled improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven track record in developing functional specifications, SLAs, OLAs, governance documentation, and requirements traceability artifacts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms and business applications (e.g., ERP systems such as SAP, workflow and case management tools, document management systems, e-billing, or contract lifecycle management platforms).
  • Experience in system integration across business functions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and delivery methodologies, including process mapping, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders across multiple functions.
  • Capable of presenting data-driven insights, solution options, and trade-offs to enable informed decision-making.
