Key responsibilities in your new role
Audit and visit
- Lead on-site audit / visit from IFX customer, finding closure &improvement follow up
- Lead on-site pre-audit prior to customer audit / visit
- Lead yearly VDA 6.3 Audit
FAR (customer complaint) management
- Lead the 8D root cause finding and corrective/preventive actions
- Review & buy off 8D report
- Perform 8D committed action verification audit
- Dispose arrangement with subcon if risk assessment or QMR is involved
Internal 8D management (Line disturbance)
- Support the 8D root cause finding and corrective/preventive actions
- MRB, Review & buyoff 8D, eg, scrap lot, dispose low yield lot, etc
- Perform corrective actions verification audit
- Risk management and QMR
Zero Defect Program
- Drive OSAT Partners to continuously improve the quality performance
- Strive towards zero defect, no customer complaint
- Fan out lesson learnt and best practices
- Technical and Systemic root cause analysis and improvement actions
New Supplier Enabling, Product & process Qualification, New Material Qualification, Change Management (AQE Advance Quality Engineering)
- Issue ICO to FE/SiFo on wafer defects detected at OSAT partners incoming
Incoming wafers and Finish Goods Logistic
Support incoming wafers and finish good logistic defect material disposition broken/chipped wafer, broken label, duplicate label, etc - linked to internal 8D review
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- BSEE or MSEE preferred in Material , Machine , Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- More than 5 years MQA/PE/PIE experience in the Assembly related OSAT is a plus.
