Accountabilities
To cope with business expansion and development needs,we are looking for a dedicated and quality talent to jointhe Headquarterfinance team. Reporting to the Head of Projects,RegionsandGroup Reporting Section, the candidateis required to:
- Lead and coordinate cross‑department teams to drivesystem implementation/automationprojects(especiallylogistics‑related projects).
- Translate operational processes into system workflows whichcomply withaccounting principles and internal control standards.
- Drive and track project progress, including development of comprehensive project plans, resources allocation, user requirements collection, UAT and system implementation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing accounting processes and proceduresandidentifyopportunities for automation.
- Supportthe development of analytic tools, financialmodels&managementreports tofacilitatedifferentFinConteams to review financial performance andstrengtheninternal control.
- Collaborate with other HQ teams to automate and streamline workflows and sub-processes of regional entities and accounting servicecenter, particularly for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Produce high quality financial analysis and providesupport ad‑hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Qualified accountantwithbachelor'sdegree in Accountingor related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years'work experience in the accounting fieldwith3 years in Big 4.
- Knowledge inshippingandlogisticsindustry will be a definite advantage.
- Relevant work experience in China SOE andJiuqireporting is a plus.
- Strong understanding ofERPsystemand experience in system integration, data migration, and master data governance.
- Good analytical, problem-solvingand presentation skills.
- Mature, self-motivated, deadline-drivenand can work under pressure.
- Cross department team-player withstrong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate in MS Excel (Advanced) /Word/PowerPoint Experience in SAP is preferable.
- Proficient spoken and written Chinese and Englishwithgood command of Putonghua.
- Occasional travel isrequired.
