Job Description
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, codes of conduct, and EHS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient and effective operations.
- Define and optimise process parameters using scientific and data-driven methods.
- Lead strategic projects delivering long-term benefits and share best practices.
- Adjust organisational structure to align with business needs.
- Implement advanced technologies and complete verification and qualification on time.
- Support new product introduction through development to mass production.
- Drive improvements in yield, cost, capacity, and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor engineers in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Develop a technology roadmap aligned with future business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 10+ years experience in chemical engineering environments.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role focused on process improvement.
- Fluent English for technical discussions with global teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally and join global conference calls.
