We are seeking a highly driven and commercially savvy Hotel Partnership Sourcing & Management Manager to strengthen Klook's partner-sourced hotel portfolio and elevate our end-to-end customer experience. This role focuses on maximizing value from our 3rd-party hotel supply partners (e.g., bedbanks, wholesalers, consolidators), ensuring we secure competitive commercial terms, reliable content, and high operational service standards that meet Klook's promise to travelers.

This manager will own commercial negotiations, performance management, and strategic relationship development with key 3rd-party partners. They will also lead internal collaboration to improve booking confirmation speed, hotel mapping accuracy, and on-site customer issue handlingso our customers enjoy a seamless booking and stay experience.

What You'll Do

  • Commercial & Sourcing Strategy
  • Develop a winning strategy for 3rd-party hotel supply to complement Klook's direct supply portfolio across key destinations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive rates, strong availability, and favorable commission terms.
  • Identify sourcing gaps by market/category and recommend priority partners to unlock incremental growth.
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with 3rd-party supply partners, driving performance through regular business reviews.
  • Jointly build growth roadmaps with partners across pricing competitiveness, availability coverage, and product depth.
  • Address escalations, service issues, and process gaps proactively and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Improve Supplier Service Promise to Customers
  • Booking Confirmation: Work with partners to reduce confirmation delays and cancellation rate; ensure SLAs are met and improved over time.
  • Hotel Mapping & Content Accuracy: Collaborate with internal mapping teams and partners to improve hotel matching, reduce mismatches, and enrich content quality.
  • Operational Issue Handling: Strengthen operational workflows to minimize on-site customer issues; work with CS, Ops, and partners on root-cause fixes and preventive actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align closely with Direct Supply, Revenue Planning, Product & Tech, and CS teams to create a unified supply engine.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Growth & Intelligence team to monitor performance metrics, analyze partner ROI, and recommend commercial levers.
  • Provide inputs to Product teams to improve booking flows, mapping tools, and supply system integrations.
  • Data-Driven Performance Management
  • Monitor partner performance across rate competitiveness, availability, SLA compliance, confirmation speed, mapping accuracy, and customer issue rate.
  • Develop weekly/monthly dashboards to track KPIs and drive actionable plans.
  • Establish continuous improvement plans and enforce accountability with each partner.
  • People Leadership
  • Oversee end-to-end people management , from assisting recruitment efforts, onboarding new members, allocating work to appraising member performance, developing next stars.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in OTA, bedbank/wholesaler, hotel supply, commercial account management, or travel tech operations.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with proven experience managing 3rd-party hotel suppliers or similar experience. Understanding of hotel distribution business is a must
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Experience improving operational workflows (confirmation, mapping, fulfilment, etc.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, tech, CS, and operations teams.
  • Experience in leading teams or recruiting, training and supervising junior members.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with partners.
  • Self-starter with adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
