Manager

Your Role

• Monitor site & network performance and customer experience analyze performance changes if any
• Proactive site & network performance change detection. Closely follow up with various network teams on these detected quality deteriorates until the problem is resolved and performance restored.
• Ruleset development for site & network performance change detection and alarm generation
• Execute real-time VIP and Corporate complaint analysis, special event performance assurance

To Succeed in the Role

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT / Communication / Customer Relationship Management or related disciplines with min. 10 years relevant working experience
• Experience inRAN / Core performance management will be an advantage
• Good programming skills - Python, Shell, SQL etc is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to act as a team player
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
