Your role

• Perform business performance and profitability analysis, develop cost models, and provide insights to business owners to drive P&L performance.
• Formulate annual and monthly business forecasts, internal goals, and targets for business owners and associated sales channels according to strategic direction and business focus.
• Review and control spending, provide suggestions for improvement, and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Automate management reporting and establish SOPs to standardize FP&A operations for improved efficiency.
• Support group-level initiatives such as ESG programs and other strategic projects.
• Drive automation and interactive dashboards for data-driven reporting, while fostering continuous improvement and leveraging data management expertise to enhance FP&A capabilities.

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in business performance and analysis or management accounting, preferably in Telecommunications industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Highly numerate and financially literate with strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Self-motivated, independent, able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment
• Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
