Role Overview
- Deliver assignments with a focus on facultative reinsurance solutions to deliver well-executed result
- Partner with teams to support new business opportunities and actively contribute to strategic growth.
- Support assigned projects and tasks, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives.
- Expand and strengthen network within the re/insurance to foster collaboration and business development.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with reinsurers to secure optimal terms and support.
- Manage inquiries from clients and reinsurers, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with reinsurers and brokers on claims submissions, and ensure timely and accurate settlements.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
