Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic customer accounts and serve as the primary client contact.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure achievement of service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Manage account profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support business growth through account development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Equivalent
  • At least 8 years in 3PL or handling logistics operations
  • Experience in Semiconductor operations and customer management
  • Knowledge of Airfreight
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and overseas counterparts
