Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially-driven leader to spearhead regional growth through the lens of supply competitiveness and conversion optimization. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position sits at the intersection of Supply, Pricing, and Growth.

Your mission is to ensure we offer the most compelling products at the right time. You will bridge the gap between supply acquisition and marketing execution, using data to find the sweet spot between aggressive discount structures (Deals), Conversion Rates (CVR), and bottom-line profit. You will be the primary driver in ensuring that our regional campaigns are not just high-traffic, but high-converting and financially sustainable.

What You'll Do

  • Supply-Driven Campaign Strategy: Define the product selection and pricing playbook for regional campaigns. Identify and curate Hero Products to ensure our offerings have the competitive edge to dominate the market.
  • Conversion Optimization (CVR): Analyze the correlation between discount depth, product-market fit, and CVR. Develop actionable strategies to maximize conversion efficiency through precise timing and deal mechanics.
  • P&L & Profitability Management: Act as the financial architect of campaigns. Evaluate the impact of deals on overall profit margins and ensure that GMV growth is achieved through a healthy and sustainable ROI.
  • Cross-Origin Orchestration: Partner with various Origin markets to source the right supply. Navigate conflicting priorities between regional profitability and local market volume, driving consensus through data-backed recommendations.
  • Performance Analytics & Post-Mortem: Lead deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, focusing on price elasticity and product sell-through rates. Translate these insights into scalable growth frameworks for future initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • Commercial Acumen & P&L Management
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce unit economics (Take rates, Margins, CAC, and ROI).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets with an owner's mindset, balancing aggressive growth with financial discipline.
  • Data Analytics & Price Elasticity
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in Price Elasticity Modeling: Ability to quantify how much CVR increases relative to discount depth to optimize deal structures.
  • Strategic Curation & Negotiation
  • A keen eye for product selection—distinguishing between Loss Leaders (traffic drivers) and Profit Drivers.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to secure exclusive inventory or competitive pricing from various markets.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies specifically for pricing, bundling, and promotional mechanics.
  • Ability to translate complex user behavior data into immediate adjustments in supply and pricing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Category Management, Growth Strategy, or Revenue Management.
  • Experience in regional or multi-market roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Product, and Finance).
  • Proactive, structured, and a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
