Job Description

The Role

This position will lead and manage the Advertising and Promotions (A&P) team to formulate and implement A&P strategy for the assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major integrated campaigns, festive activations, loyalty initiatives and tactical promotions.
Develop compelling campaign concepts, creative briefs and customer experiences aligned with VivoCity's brand positioning and commercial objectives.
Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing executives, providing clear direction, timely feedback and quality control.
Establish project plans, timelines, risk registers and governance checkpoints, ensuring proactive escalation of issues and adequate contingency planning.
Manage creative, production, PR, digital, media and event agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with tenants, IP owners, sponsors and external stakeholders.
Monitor campaign budgets, procurement, contract administration and compliance with company policies.
Analyse campaign performance, shopper behaviour, CRM and loyalty data, translating insights into recommendations and continuous improvement.
Oversee tenant communications and relations, website, directories, app content and social media accuracy within assigned portfolios.
Prepare management papers and presentations for senior management approval, ensuring recommendations are commercially sound and well supported.
Drive innovation by identifying new campaign concepts, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
Undertake other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline.
At least 7 years relevant marketing experience with 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail, shopping malls, lifestyle, tourism or destination marketing.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns and managing external agencies.
Strong creative judgement and ability to develop compelling campaign narratives.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
Strong analytical ability with experience using marketing performance data to drive decisions.
Excellent written, verbal presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Independent, organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
