Summary

The Regional Planning Manager will be responsible to lead & drive analyzing, forecasting service parts to the right location, in correct quantities on time. Collaborates with SME teams to come up with innovative ideas with the end goal of making parts available to meet contractual & committed goals and to implements new methodologies for service parts requirements that support Ramp sites, Service Agreement & FPM.

Must be able to perform all of these:

  • Strategy & Entitlement : Execute cooperate strategy in monitoring and garnering appropriate service parts fill rate in line with company strategy and customer entitlement. Master demand forecast methodology to apply service parts planning technology in an excellent inventory control & management performance.
  • Spares Readiness : Utilize project management skill to support Service Agreement & Ramp Site Planning. Inventory preparation to meet business ramp
  • Root Cause & Corrective Action: Excellent analytical skills to conduct root cause and corrective action for service parts fill rate misses
  • KPI Management & Communication: Manage internal/external planning KPI and reporting.
  • Planning Systems & Dashboards: Proficient in ERP planning systems, Inventory Optimization Software, and Data Visualization Tools

    Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Semiconductor experience strongly preferred (particularly in Parts, Warranty, or Service).
  • Thorough functional and transactional knowledge of ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, SPP)
  • Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, demonstrated project management skills and innovative individual.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills to work with internal and external contacts at various levels within organizations to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Ability to align people to a common goal and to think and react in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to leadership
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit of winning, and demonstrate effective contributions in a team environment
  • Precision and clarity in communications: verbal, written, and graphical data presentation

    Education/Experience:

  • BA/BS college degree required or its equivalent, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • At least eight (8) to ten (10) years of Inventory, supply planning, material planning, or demand planning experience
  • 3 years manager experience in mentoring, coaching & development skill

    APICS or other forecasting, Planning and Procurement certification preferred
