Manager - Information Technology, Infrastructure

1. bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
2. minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure areas.
3. dDep understanding of a variety of technologies, such as routing, switching, BGP, SDWAN, NAC, WAF, NLB, Wi-Fi, etc.
4. relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCIE/CCNP, Microsoft, VMware VCP, Nutanix and/or AWS/Azure Cloud-related certifications, preferred.
5. cloud Platforms: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Aliyun services (compute, storage, networking, security)
6. experience in managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments
7. strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, serverless architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
8. familiarity with DevOps, automation, or infrastructure-as-a-code is definitely an advantage
9. sound knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO 27001.
10. excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure.

1. to plan and implement infrastructure-related projects, review and enhance current architecture and procedures
2. to oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network and public / private cloud platforms.
3. to manage the team for the day-to-day operation of the IT infrastructure, including patching, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security controls are in place and being followed
4. to manage complex network architecture, perform backup, and disaster recovery operations
5. to evaluate and recommending new technologies and tools that could improve the organisation's IT infrastructure
6. to manage a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, training, and evaluating performance
7. to assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure the operation is secure, reliable, and efficient
8. to collaborate with the application and security team to ensure the entire IT infrastructure is working together smoothly
9. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
