The applicant must possess
- bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
- minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure areas.
- dDep understanding of a variety of technologies, such as routing, switching, BGP, SDWAN, NAC, WAF, NLB, Wi-Fi, etc.
- relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCIE/CCNP, Microsoft, VMware VCP, Nutanix and/or AWS/Azure Cloud-related certifications, preferred.
- cloud Platforms: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Aliyun services (compute, storage, networking, security)
- experience in managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, serverless architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- familiarity with DevOps, automation, or infrastructure-as-a-code is definitely an advantage
- sound knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO 27001.
- excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure.

Duties include
- to plan and implement infrastructure-related projects, review and enhance current architecture and procedures
- to oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network and public / private cloud platforms.
- to manage the team for the day-to-day operation of the IT infrastructure, including patching, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security controls are in place and being followed
- to manage complex network architecture, perform backup, and disaster recovery operations
- to evaluate and recommending new technologies and tools that could improve the organisation's IT infrastructure
- to manage a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, training, and evaluating performance
- to assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure the operation is secure, reliable, and efficient
- to collaborate with the application and security team to ensure the entire IT infrastructure is working together smoothly
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
