Job Responsibilities
Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Produce short-form videos, photos and promotional content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor social media performance, analyse campaign results and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and develop creative marketing ideas.
Respond to online enquiries and interact with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
Familiar with TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook and other major social media platforms.
Basic skills in video editing and graphic design using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
Creative, proactive and passionate about digital marketing.
Good communication and organisational skills.
