PURPOSE
- As the Product Manager in GenAI, the role oversees the lifecycle of assigned features and modules-from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption across multiple markets-contributing to the broader GenAI platform strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Lead a defined workstream for GenAI to improve platform metrics like seller productivity that contributes to impacting APE and VNB
- Manage module-level product ownership for GenAI applications aligning the digital experiences with the business objectives related to selling, training, and/or servicing.
- Plan and deliver features across markets on the Regional Digital Platform with an emphasis on scalability and re-usability
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap defined by senior leaders translate strategy into a clear, value-based backlog.
- Analyse market/user feedback and the competitive landscape to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Turn qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights that influence backlog and near-term roadmap.
- Generate high value from user feedback that strongly influence platform direction and roadmap
- Triage CX feedback prioritize quick-win optimizations while raising longer-term strategic fixes for consideration.
- Communicate business logic and requirements to technical teams clearly in writing and verbally.
- Engage effectively, articulate business logic to technical partners, in clear written and oral communication with Group and Country stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
- Provide insights through data and customer understanding, translating into clear recommendations that guide product decisions
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years experience in product development/management with successful delivery from discovery to launch.
- Financial Services experience preferred eCommerce/Insurtech-Fintech/Start-up experience advantageous.
- Proven experience with country-level rollouts regional exposure a plus (preferably within Asia Pacific).
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Analytical mindset comfortable using data to drive decisions and trade-offs.
- Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Develop working knowledge of the GenAI platform and adjacent systems continuously deepen understanding to bridge gaps.
- Apply technical and business insight to optimize development and user outcomes.
- Good understanding of UX/UI processes and effective collaboration with designers to improve seller journeys.
