Manager, Fund Corporate Secretarial

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Fund Corporate Secretarial based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
• Compliance with provision in the Singapore Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing, and corporate governance
• Streamline all workflow processes to ensure prompt and professional service rendered to all parties
• Liaise with the accounting team, management, and clients
• Monitor and co-ordinate with the Agents in relation to the offshore entities i.e. Cayman, BVI, and others
• Attend meetings and draft minutes
• Draft and prepare document i.e., Directors Resolutions and other relevant documents for the clients
• Responsible for obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Key requirements:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience
• Corporate assignments knowledge in Singapore and other jurisdictions
• Pursuing a Chartered Secretary (ICSA) qualification is an added advantageous
• Experience in handling fund administration will be advantageous
• High professional integrity and maturity
• Meticulous attention to fine details and ability to meet tight deadlines
