About the Role:
Are you a seasoned fire protection specialist with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills We are looking for a Manager - Fire Protection & Maintenance Services to lead our maintenance teams, drive operational excellence, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and conduct hands-on/on-the-job (OTJ) training for maintenance teams to ensure high efficiency and quality service.
- Operations & Revenue: Oversee daily maintenance operations and take responsibility for overall maintenance and repair revenue streams.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Risk & Compliance: Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive risk management documentation and site safety protocols.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational and progress reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on working experience in the fire protection industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical competency in fire alarm and fire protection systems.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Licensing: Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.
