Job Description

  • This position entails an extended overseas assignment, primarily based in the Asia region.

Purpose Of This Position

This position primarily supports two Moxa legal entities in China, MCN Moxa Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. & CPC Moxa Communication Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.. It leads a team to carry out accounting and tax-related work, as well as manage cash flow, taxation, and financial analysis. By collaborating with various functional departments, the role supports the smooth execution of daily operations. Additionally, through financial perspectives, it ensures improved operational efficiency and contributes to the long-term and sustainable growth of the company's business.

Major Areas Of Responsibility

  • Conduct MCN financial analysis, including budgeting, expense analysis, and cost control.
  • Oversee MCN and CPC cash flow and asset management.
  • Manage MCN and CPC tax affairs and control tax risks.
  • Collaborate closely with MCN and CPC business teams to implement financial solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Responsible for CPC accounting operations, including general ledger and preparation of local financial statements.
  • Coordinate CPC internal and external audits and review external audit reports.
  • Handle CPC monthly closing of production costs and conduct cost analysis (including material/labor/overhead variances and trend analysis).
  • Work closely with the CPC supply chain team to maintain inventory at an appropriate and reasonable level.
  • Responsible for training and developing talents, and leading the team to continuous growth to support the company's long-term and sustainable development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP implementation or upgrade is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team of finance and accounting professionals.
  • Tax related experiences is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience at an international company.
  • Preferred experience in finance within the tech or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability in employee development and team building.
