We are seeking a hands-on and insightful EHS leader with a passion for health and safety management to join Moxa. You will lead a team of experts to build and elevate our safety culture and awareness, creating a healthy and safe work environment. By engaging directly with on-site operations to identify potential risks, you will strategize the OSH roadmap and drive continuous improvement in EHS practices through the execution of comprehensive health and safety programs.
ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀꜱ ᴏꜰ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴏɴꜱɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
- Identify organizational requirements and evaluate workplace conditions to build a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety blueprint.
- Establish annual OHS goals and plans to drive the implementation and optimization of safety management systems.
- Establish Occupational Health and Safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop concrete action plans.
- Establish an occupational health and safety data collection mechanism to ensure data traceability.
- Manage and respond to the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor team members in executing OSH initiatives to minimize operational risks for the company.
- Lead and mentor team members in establishing cross-functional collaboration and communication channels to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with cross-functional colleagues and relevant stakeholders to influence and implement OSH management systems effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish an external supplier audit and coaching mechanism, ensuring supply chain partners align with corporate procurement policies and requirements.

- Education:大學、碩士;公共衛生、環境(職業)醫學、職業(工業)衛生、環境工程、環境科學等相關科系
- Professional Certificates/Licenses:具職業安全管理師/職業衛生管理師證照或資格
- Experience:具十年以上環安衛工作經驗以及三年以上管理經驗
- Language:中文、英文
