Manager, Client Analytics Partnership APAC

We are seeking a Manager, Client Analytics Partnership with deep media and adtech expertise to join our Data & Analytics team to lead strategic analytics and insights for Holdco partnerships across the APAC region. This is a strategic, hands-on individual contributor role, and will be highly client-facing and relationship-driven. You will act as a strategic partner - participating in discovery workshops, uncovering business goals, and collaborating cross-functionally to design and deliver data-driven measurement solutions that drive business outcomes.

This role is based in Singapore, representing StackAdapt in key stakeholder discussions and delivering impactful insights narratives that bridge business objectives and media performance.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Client Analytics Partnership, and partner closely with our Solutions, Sales, and Client Services teams to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Your title internally will be: Manager, Client Analytics Partnership.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Partnership & Strategy

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to Holdcos, independent agencies and direct clients across APAC.
• Participate in discovery and strategy workshops to understand business goals, media strategy, and success metrics.
• Represent StackAdapt onsite and in key client meetings, delivering clear, data-backed insights narratives that connect media performance to business outcomes.

Analytics & Insights

• Leverage platform data, measurement solutions, and analytics tools to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Develop insight frameworks and data storytelling that elevate how clients use data to inform media decisions.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives, helping clients structure learning agendas and interpret performance trends.

Adtech & Solutions Collaboration

• Work closely with the Solutions and Product teams to identify and define analytics or measurement enhancements that address client gaps.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the media and adtech ecosystem to contextualize insights and inform the evolution of our analytics and measurement solutions.

Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g. measurement & attribution solutions, client media strategy & activation, reporting automation), driving progress and ensuring high-quality delivery within fast-moving timelines.
• Collaborate across departments to develop best practices, thought leadership content, and enablement materials for internal and external use.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing.
• Strong background in programmatic media measurement, and translating raw data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven experience working with media holding companies and large global agencies (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas), and enterprise advertisers, with deep understanding of complex stakeholder structures, multi-brand and multi-market environments, and the nuances of delivering scalable yet customised measurement and insights across both agency-led and direct-to-advertiser partnerships.
• Background in multi-channel marketing measurement, including email and offline media is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with data narratives, particularly within large agency or Holdco environments.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, with experience crafting data-driven narratives for executive audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional or strategic client initiatives, managing multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
• Experience influencing higher level executives and marketing decision makers.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, or advanced Excel).
