The Campaign Manager for the Partnership Development (PD) Team will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns targeting Partnership Distribution customers across bancassurance, brokers, and other non-agency channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovative promotional initiatives to enhance partnership engagement, while meeting business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with partners, managing campaign budgets, and developing compelling marketing materials tailored to partnership goals and diverse distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns for PD partners, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and leveraging multi-channel strategies.

  • Conduct business projection activities to forecast campaign impact and support strategic planning.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop product promotion campaigns, co-branded communications, and digital marketing initiatives across various platforms.

  • Manage relationships with partners, including negotiation of terms and overseeing campaign implementation.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI and customer acquisition across all channels.

  • Ensure all campaign initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of governance and operational integrity.

  • Oversee campaign-related budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with financial targets.

  • Develop presentations and communication strategies to articulate campaign results and partnership benefits to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in campaign management, preferably within bancassurance or financial services.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proven track record in managing budgets and achieving marketing KPIs.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement.

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
