The Job

Due to the expansion of the business, a team is set up to drive the Company's accelerating growth strategy in non-HK regions. The incumbent will assist the Head of Business Development to plan, develop and execute the business planning:-

  • Achieve growth in business and agency force against business plan
  • Ensure the sales force maintains the high standard of professional ethics
  • Implement the Company's business development strategy in non-HK regions, seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Company's strategic business objectives
  • Collaborate and support Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver effective agency growth plan
  • Develop programs to provide capability improvement training for agency force in close collaboration with Business Training Team
  • Demonstrate the ability to seamlessly collaborate with both the local team and the MCV team to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

The Person

  • University degree in any discipline with more than 8 years experience in insurance and/or financial services industry agency channel knowledge is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in sales management, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in event planning and execution
  • Deep expertise and experienced in MCV market, including an understanding of consumer behaviors, and competitive market landscape
  • Good analytical skills and attentive to details
  • Good problem solving and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence
  • Strong business acumen
  • Solid experience in agency recruitment and management of life insurance
  • Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong written and oral proficiency in English
