Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets by working with distribution channels, particularly in developing Pensions business.
  • Drive distribution channel effectiveness through expanding channel capacity, improving productivity, and increasing the number of productive distributors.
  • Provide sales & marketing strategy support and execution by providing input to formulate strategies, supporting implementation, and monitoring progress with regular status updates.
  • Provide product / service enhancement recommendations to maintain market competitiveness, including providing insights for product/service development.
  • Provide reporting & business review by compiling regular sales reports for management and distribution channels.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments including projects and initiatives as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Admin preferred
  • At least 7 years experience in pension, preferablywith experience in distribution channel and sales operations
  • Excellentpresentation and negotiation skills
  • Aggressive to grow business (with Profit)
  • Successfully to build strong connection with distribution channel & clients
  • Competent PC knowledge, includes Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written
  • IIQE I, III, IV
