Responsibilities:
- Lead a Business Account Acquisition Team to drive SME business and deliver high caliber service to respective business channels
- Effectively manage and monitor the sales team on business performance and new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business targets
- Achieve various business targets and contribute to sustainable business growth of Business Banking Department
- Closely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives
- Acquire new-to-bank SME customers and ensure the KYC process adhere with established policy and guideline
- Manage CDD risk, monitor suspicious behavior and take appropriate action in compliance with the Bank's policy and guideline
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with good knowledge of SME business
- 2+ years team management experiences with good business acumen
- Good understanding in banking products and services.
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (Paper 1&2)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with good teamwork spirit
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
