You will work alongside a highly collaborative and supportive brokerage team, focused on delivering outstanding advisory and transaction services to our clients. The team prides itself on understanding client needs deeply and delivering the right solutions by leveraging CBRE's industry‑leading platform, market intelligence, and global reach.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Generate agency business through leasing and advisory services for corporate occupiers and landlords across commercial asset classes.
  • Consistently source market leads and intelligence, staying abreast of developments across office, retail, or industrial & logistics markets.
  • Develop creative, data‑driven solutions for vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants using CBRE's market insights and analytics.
  • Build a personal and firmwide track record as a credible local market advisor, with opportunities for cross‑border exposure.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and cultivate repeat business through proactive pre‑ and post‑transaction service.
  • Attend client meetings, pitches, and accompany clients on site inspections alongside senior team members.
  • Support departmental marketing efforts including client pitches, presentations, property flyers, and market updates.
  • Assist in preparing offers to lease, proposals, license agreements, and transaction documentation.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to identify opportunities and achieve departmental business targets.
  • Strong mentorship and visibility with senior brokerage leaders

You Are Someone With

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
  • 5-8 years experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or advisory preferred.
  • Strong interest in business development and client relationship management.
  • EAA license preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented with a strong appetite for success.
