Job Description

The candidate reports to Head of Facilities Development, and his/her main role will be to carry out project management of renovation projects within the hospital, ensuring planning and development of facilities are properly coordinated within the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and implement end-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes:

  • Derive budget estimates
  • Planning schedule of project from procurement to renovation works
  • Preparation of procurement documents, drawings and relevant materials.
  • Conduct site show round(s), evaluation, and award
  • Contract and construction management, including liaising with various stakeholders
  • Complete projects on time and on budget.
  • Defects management
  • Assist Head in other administrative/ secretariat duties and coordination works, such as preparing materials and presentation to Senior Management, facilitating cross-divisional dialogue, and contributing to overall team development.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head.

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • Degree holder, with engineering background and/or experience in project management. Relevant degree includes Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Structural, and Quantity Surveying.
  • Diploma holder, with architectural/ID, engineering background, and/ or experience in project management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience and/or in the capacity within consultant firms working on projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in working in healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus.
