Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify their goals, challenges, and priorities, then convert these insights into practical application requirements.

• Assess and confirm all requirements to guarantee they are thorough, consistent, achievable, and adhere to technical and governance guidelines.

• Manage a small team responsible for delivering IT projects.

• Foster effective collaboration among crossfunctional teams by using organized communication methods and maintaining high-quality documentation.

• Offer ongoing application support, including diagnosing and resolving production issues.

• Lead the creation of proactive monitoring systems, diagnostics, and operational tools that follow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

• Team up with other IT groups to spot areas for innovation, continuous improvement, and modernization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development

• Expertise in web and mobile application development (Node.js, Java) experience with AI is advantageous

• Demonstrated knowledge of managing large-scale services

• Extensive experience in software integration, testing, and quality assurance

• Proficiency with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices is preferred

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities and proven team collaboration skills

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
