The Manager, Full Stack Developer will be responsible for design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. The role will support the development and support scalable, secure, and high-performing applications on-prem and on Clouds, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet business and user needs.
You will be responsible for the following

Front-End Development
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Back-End Development
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
- Integrate third-party services and external systems.
Database Management
- Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases.
- Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and database optimization scripts.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, recovery, and security.
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Implement containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development .
- Strong proficiency in:
- Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Back-end: Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or PHP
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
