To well manage MHQ ADM-related business and operations in terms of reception, corporate services, travel desk, and facility management and maintenance
To ensure smooth, effective and efficient office operation for a healthy, safe and productive office environment, and continuously improve and enhance the building space and vibes with great employee experience.
To be responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, facilities management, and team supervision
To collaborate with ESH/ESG team on various ISO and regulations, internal/external audits, and ESG-related business
To build up a good relationship and well leverage/communicate with external stakeholders, e.g., landlord, FM service provider effectively and efficiently
To coach and develop the ADM team members for the best performance and proper career development

Qualification
At least 8 years of managerial experience of Administration and be familiar with office administrative procedures and systems
Possesses safety and health for class-1 manager of Occupational safety and Health Affairs ()
Be familiar with ESG, ISO14001, and ISO45001 and internal/external audit process
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Good problem-solving skills
Communicative, well-organized, mindful, dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate to administrative work and challenges
Like to visit field and talk to field people for feedback on daily basis
