You will receive hands-on training across restaurant operations, people management, customer service and business performance, with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured training acrossrestaurant operations.
- Learn and support daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, POS, cashier and service procedures.
- Develop skills in food safety, inventory control and customer complaint handling.
- Progressively take on responsibilities in shift management, staff scheduling, training and manpower deployment.
- Support store management in labour cost, inventory, sales and operational performance.
- Coach and develop team members and support recruitment and staff performance management.
- Work towards independently managing a restaurant and leading a team.

The programme is designed to progressively develop your leadership, operational and business management capabilities, with the potential to take on a management position.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a Chinese restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the F&B industry and willing to learn.
- Good leadership potential and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Willing to undergo rotational assignments and hands-on operational training.
