Maintenance Technician

Looking for a motivated and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment related to Artificial Lift Systems (ALS). The candidate will ensure equipment reliability, compliance with quality standards, and timely execution of maintenance activities to support operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment like electric spoolers, field containers, pumps, impact wrenches, etc.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document findings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.
• Support workshop activities, equipment preparation, and functional testing.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams to meet maintenance schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience with ALS related products and service equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ALS related tools and workshop preparation.
• Knowledge of reliability and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
