Job Description:
The Role:
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting air-conditioning equipment to ensure reliable operation and optimal environmental conditions. This role supports daily facilities operations and ensures compliance with safety and performance standards.
In this role you will:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, and cooling towers, and provide partial support for CDA system maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, performing repairs or escalating them when necessary.
- Participate in the oncall rotation to support emergency repairs, including equipment beyond HVAC systems.
- Monitor system performance, energy efficiency, and equipment logs to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
- Respond to facility service requests (work order) and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external contractors on specialized tasks, major repairs, or system upgrades.
- Support facility operations during emergencies, planned shutdowns, and unplanned incidents.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements, reliability enhancements, and equipment upgrades.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
- A high school diploma or vocational high school diploma in dept. of Mechatronics(), Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning() or Electrical Engineering()
- Experience in HVAC system maintenance more than 2 years
- Level C Technician() for one of the following categories:
- Freezing & air condition installation & repair()
- industrial wiring()
- inspecting power consuming equipment()
- power distribution wires installation and repair()
- Basic English proficiency, sufficient for reading manuals.
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ontime completion rate of preventive maintenance activities
- Timely closure of work orders
- Active participation in safety programs
- Proactive and regular updates on work progress to stakeholders
- Contribution to non-routine tasks such as smallscale project management or major project support
